Version 1.3 of Asset Manager released

Version 1.3 of the Asset Manager was released 4th of March. These are the main updates. 


Default location

When you register a new asset, the system automatically remembers the last used location. This feature will save time when registering multiple assets with the same location. Pre-filled location can be edited if not correct. 


Internal labels

It is now possible to register internal labels for an asset. Labels is part of "Product data" for an asset. Labels are words used internally to sort/search for assets in the lists (eg. "waiting" "service" "transfer" "more pictures"). 


Labels in asset lists

The labels mentioned above can be displayed in the asset lists. A new icon at he bottom left in the asset lists allows you to see labels for an asset directly in the asset list. Click the icon to show labels. If you click the icon again, the labels will dissapear. See the example below:


Country code in asset lists

A new icon at he bottom left in the asset lists allows you to see the country code for an asset directly in the asset list. Click the icon to show country code for each asset. If you click the icon again, the country codes will dissapear. See the example below:


Auction details (sale start / sale end) in asset lists

A new icon at he bottom left in the asset lists allows you to see the "sale start / sale end" on auction for an asset directly in the asset list. Click the icon to show "sale start / sale end" for each asset. If you click the icon again, the "sale start / sale end" will dissapear. See the example below:


Net price from auction in asset lists

For assets "Sold", "Paid" and "Delivered", you will gradually see net salesprice on auction in the asset lists. See the example below:
